Job Description

Organization Unit Purpose

The unit is responsible for the management of the organization's human resources. It is responsible for the attraction, selection, training, assessment, and rewarding of employees, while also overseeing organizational leadership and culture, and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Job Purpose

The HR Relationship Officer and play an active role in the implementation of HR policies and programs including the areas of recruitment, employee compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations / employee engagement, employee grievances, counseling, and career planning/development.

Main Tasks

The HR Relationship Officer works with a Senior HR Business Partner to look after 300+ staff. Responsible for activities within one or multiple business units. Or may work alone with a unit of<100 staff.

  • Work closely with departments assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and assistance to supervisors and staff on HR related issues.
  • Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Handle HR related escalated concerns and solve employee conflict.
  • Deal with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive Fun Committee to complete R&R ceremonies
  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders related to the project deliverables.
  • To ensure that all the TOM elements and Tanfeeth values are implemented and followed by the entire team.
