We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist/Consultant to join our team at SearchPlus HR. As a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist/Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert surgical care to pediatric patients with cardiac conditions.
In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, perform surgeries, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and diagnosing pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
- Developing personalized treatment plans for each patient
- Performing surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
- Collaborating with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists
- Monitoring patients' postoperative progress and providing appropriate follow-up care
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in pediatric cardiac surgical techniques and practices

Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon Specialist/Consultant
- Completion of residency and fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery
- Proven experience and expertise in performing surgical procedures on pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
- Strong surgical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
