As a Neurosurgeon Specialist/Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, such as brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, and degenerative diseases. You will perform complex surgical procedures, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of neurosurgery.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive neurological examinations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRI scans and electroencephalograms (EEGs)
  • Diagnose and treat various neurological conditions, such as brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, and degenerative diseases
  • Perform complex surgical procedures, including craniotomies, laminectomies, and discectomies
  • Utilize advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and instruments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor post-operative progress, manage potential complications, and provide comprehensive follow-up care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic patient care
