As a Foot and Ankle Surgeon Specialist/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the foot and ankle. Your expertise in surgical interventions and patient care will contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, performing surgeries, prescribing appropriate treatments and medications, and providing post-operative care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' conditions and diagnose foot and ankle diseases and disorders
- Perform various surgical procedures, including bunionectomy, ankle arthroscopy, and Achilles tendon repair
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of foot and ankle surgery
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care

- Residency and fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Proven experience in performing various foot and ankle surgeries
- Sound knowledge of foot and ankle surgery techniques, procedures, and medical equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
