SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Surgeon - Specialist/Consultant to join our prestigious medical team. As a Cardiovascular Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures to treat diseases and conditions of the heart and blood vessels.
In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. You will utilize your expertise in cardiovascular surgery to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, perform surgeries, and provide post-operative care.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform physical examinations
- Diagnose cardiovascular conditions, such as coronary artery disease, heart valve disorders, and congenital heart defects
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' conditions and medical history
- Perform complex surgical procedures, such as coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, and heart transplantation
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
- Coordinate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor patients' post-operative recovery and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in cardiovascular surgery
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Cardiovascular Surgeon
- Residency training in General Surgery and subspecialty Fellowship training in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Proven experience in performing complex cardiovascular surgeries
- Knowledge of advanced surgical techniques, technologies, and equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families
