About the Role

As a Project Coordinator at Daman Markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives. Working closely with all departments, you will coordinate various projects, manage timelines, and ensure that all deliverables are met efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with limited experience who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on track and are completed on time.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required standards and project objectives.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing project resources, including personnel and budget tracking.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve project outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO processes and methodologies.

 

About You

  • Fresh Graduate: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Forex Knowledge: Familiarity with foreign exchange markets and trading is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate project requirements and updates clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions proactively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools such as MS Project, Trello, or similar is a plus.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiasm for learning new skills and contributing to team success.
