Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FM Engineer with a focus on ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) services to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior FM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of facility management with a specialization in ELV systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operations of facilities and work with cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the area of ELV services, including structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for ELV systems to ensure their optimal performance and operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new installations of ELV systems.
- Respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner, prioritizing work orders to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for efficient and cost-effective operation of ELV systems.
- Prepare reports on the performance and maintenance of ELV systems, presenting them to senior management and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in facility management and ELV services.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining ELV systems.
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, security systems, audiovisual systems, and building management systems.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a strong focus on luxury settings and high-end clientele.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in implementing energy-efficient practices and technologies.
