Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer - MEP to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Eram Talent is an independent talent acquisition consultancy with a global reach, specializing in providing sophisticated skills to various industries including Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Infrastructure, Energy, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology, and Health Care.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of various facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop plans that meet their MEP requirements. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and guidance on MEP engineering to ensure the efficient and safe operation of facilities.

- Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for preparation of MEP designs, reports, correspondence, and related data.
- Develops, plans and coordinates activities of MEP maintenance work, repair and preventive maintenance, maintenance equipment requirements, and utilization.
- Responds to emergency requests for MEP repairs in a timely and safe manner keeping the customer informed of the progress; ensure the proper measurement is taken to prevent future incidents.
- Formulates the basis for an MEP engineering study by providing rationale and MEP requirement forecast.
- Initiates detailed MEP work outline and makes decisions as to basic approaches, processes, and/or equipment.
- Brings all elements of an MEP project together, ensures that all elements proceed satisfactorily on schedule, and initiates corrective action as required.
- Provides recommendations for MEP installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within the MEP field.
- Reviews MEP designs and plans to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborates with other engineering disciplines to ensure comprehensive MEP integration.
- Conducts MEP inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Stays updated with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering.
- Liaises with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Provides technical support and guidance to MEP technicians and other team members.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian MEP codes and standards.
