Educational Qualifications

▪ Human Resources Degree or relevant work experience.

▪ Advanced MS Excel certification desired.

Experience Profile

▪ 3 years HR or Compensation and Benefits experience.

▪ 3 years data analysis experience.

▪ Working experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferably Oracle.

▪ Proven experience in data analytics tool, preferably Tableau.
