As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing applicants' qualifications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
Coordinate and communicate with clients and candidates

Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage the hiring process
