Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Customer Service representative located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Customer Service representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining proper phone etiquette, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
