We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our executive's day-to-day operations.

  • Assist in the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
  • Input and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollment, changes, and addressing employee questions.
  • Assist in tracking employee leaves and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and events as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and HR-related matters.
  • Provide support to the HR team on special projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • English fluency is a must.
