Business Assistant Manager

Plan, organize and manage business projects internally and for clients

handle and work with different nationalities remotely,

Able to design reports & proposals,

Work on projects related to HR outsourcing, marketing promotional campaigns, consultation, business structure.. etc.

Create different analytical role models appropriate to projects

Communicate with and meet with clients when needed

Perform initial assessments for each client before the project begins

Collect as much information about the client's business as possible

Understand clients' needs and wants

Perform research and read reports etc.

Constantly recommend solutions for improvement

Develop detailed business plans

Determine the project's KPIs

Track KPIs and prepare reports

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must
• Analytical and Numerical skills is a must (Assessment will be conducted)
• Very attentive to details
• Master's Degree is a huge plus,
• Can involve a high level of responsibility and pressure.
• There can be some stress as there will be tough targets and tight deadlines to meet.
• Open to graduates from any degree discipline, but a degree which is numerical or analytical can be an advantage
