Responsibilities:
Project Planning
Support in developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
Organize project tasks and set milestones.
Project Execution
Cooperate with all required stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution (Project Kick off, Knowledge Transfer, Service Readiness).
Support/lead milestone review meetings with Clients.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement risk response plans as needed.
Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Communication and Reporting
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and changes.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives and requirements.
Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure all project documents are stored appropriately and are accessible to team members.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure that changes are documented, approved, and communicated effectively.
Project Closure
Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
Conduct project closure meetings, documenting lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Management Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
