We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, combining online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more.

The Chain Reaction team is EXPANDING, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with an award-winning agency! We are currently looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios.

Desired Skills:

  • Account Management: Responsible for the full account management process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers to help achieve account management targets for the team and generate ideas to improve the account management function.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets from a portfolio of accounts.
  • Client Coordination: Full client delivery and coordination with necessary team members to ensure deliverables meet clients’ requests and deadlines.
  • Client Feedback: Develop surveys for clients on service received and contribute to strategy input for the division.
  • Business Development: Maximize opportunities for repeat business by meeting with clients, maintaining regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for thought leadership, professional excellence, and innovation.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure all client information is correctly processed for new clients and that they understand Chain Reaction’s approach and service options moving forward.
  • Department Support: Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure the department’s success and take on any other assigned tasks related to the agency.

  • BA degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc.)
  • 5-7 years of agency experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task
  • Proactive and intuitive
  • Creative and social-first mindset
  • Expert knowledge in social best practices
