Reception Supervisor-Multi-Brand

Job Description:

• Ensure the inflow of work from Insurance partners
• Follow up on LPO’s, communication with workshop and advisors
• Ensure CSI is maintained within the department
• Ensure front of house is always clean and presentable
• Ensure business partners are satisfied and updated properly together with correct documentation.
• Comply with all laws and regulations including work policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize of workstation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks required by Regional Bodyshop Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in automotive industry or similar role.
