Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:
Responsibilities:
Advise customers on bank's products and processes.
Advise suitable products to walk-in customers.
Convert maximum customer interactions into successful sales.
Advise suitable products to existing customers to deepen relationship.
Increase products per customer.
Check applications thoroughly to avoid any rejection or discrepancy.
Minimize discrepancies (under permissible limits)
Follow up on applications esp. with exceptions, to follow laid down turnaround times (TAT)
Skills & Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor's degree (Any specialization)
Customer relationship management
