Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Product Manager for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
Product roadmap
- Responsible for maintaining the vision for the product, representing the views of all the stakeholders.
- Capture and analyze market trends and feedback from customer & management to define product roadmaps for respective product line.
- Document the user stories and manage the requirements backlog.
- Prioritize the backlog through active consultation with stakeholders.
- Own the agile based MVP deliveries through interlocks with other product managers.
- Conduct product release walkthrough sessions.
Product adoption
- Measure product adoption and feature penetration across user base
- Drive campaigns to increase product adoption and feature penetration.
Product communication
- Create artefacts for product positioning, pricing and marketing.
- Create demo videos and other collaterals that help in increasing awareness of product line and its benefits.
- Create compelling case studies based on customer success stories.
- Contribute to newsletters, Yammer and other communication channels to promote adoption.
Client engagement and stakeholder management
- Rapidly responding to queries from the product team
- Communicating and evangelizing the product features
- Participating actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Provide signing-off completed features.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- 16 years+ of experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience as a Product manager working across product lifecycle.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub etc.
- Experience in IT infrastructure management, ITIL based delivery.
- Experience in cloud / hyperscaler based development projects across either of Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware
- Prefer to have cloud foundation certification (Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Essentials, Google Cloud Digital Leader etc.)
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, PSPO will be added advantage.
