Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Assistant Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information technology, computer science, or software engineering, with extensive experience in computer networks, network administration, and network installation. This role involves overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring the efficient performance of server hardware, software, and operating systems, and implementing effective troubleshooting and system modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily IT operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Generate performance reports for operating systems.
• Support and maintain computer hardware, cabling installation, wireless technology applications, and IT security.
• Manage network administration and installation tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide IT support and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements.
  
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
• Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: The position is based in Dubai, offering a competitive salary of 8,000 AED monthly. The successful candidate must currently be residing in Dubai.
