We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Conares. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer payments. You will also be responsible for reconciling and resolving any discrepancies in customer accounts.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Process customer payments by recording, verifying, and posting transactions
    • Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
    • Prepare and send monthly statements to customers
    • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
    • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and records related to accounts receivable
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries

  • Degree in Accounts/ Finance/ Business
  • Proven experience as an accounts receivable clerk or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
