General Purpose

Compile, analyze, and report sales data. Monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Collaborate closely with operations to recommend practical solutions on process improvements.
  • Develop action plans as well as schedules to determine specific targets and number of contacts.
  • Establish objectives for every region plus define strategies to attain new customer plus account goals.
  • Establish weekly, monthly and yearly sales plus margin targets for every account.
  • Full responsibility on building the commission analysis of his total area.
  • Identify and suggest improvement in areas of efficiency, process and productivity.
  • Identify sales potential customers.
  • Monthly tracking of the sales routes and making sure that it's 100% accurate Vs. on ground.
  • Perform with marketing closely to define campaign follow-up as well as reporting.
  • Perform with sales managers plus representatives closely to assure lead quality or quantity along with suitable follow-up.
  • Prepare, maintain and upgrade sales materials.
  • Target setting for the area by route.
  • Updating the DCs Capability reports on a monthly basis to keep DCs 100% ready for the operational team.
  • Utilize extensive business along with industry knowledge to develop long term relations inside as well as outside company to help meeting client commitments.
  • Weekly market visits to assess the performance and tracking the KPIs.
  • Weekly reviews with the sales team to highlight the opportunities and gaps.
  • Co-working with the sales analysis manager on the total company target setting and commission analysis.

Experience

  • 2 years in sales development experience with FMCG companies.
