NAOS Talents is seeking a talented Senior Talent Development Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leader in the MENA region's digital marketing scene. As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving impactful learning and

development initiatives. Your role is critical in enhancing our employees' skills, knowledge, and overall professional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Learning Program Design: Develop comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and training materials aligned with business goals and employee development needs.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that empower employees to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and design targeted development plans.
  • Career Pathing: Assist in creating career frameworks and pathways that encourage upward mobility and skill enhancement.
  • Mentorship Programs: Establish and manage mentorship initiatives to foster knowledge sharing and personal growth.
  • Learning Technology: Utilize learning management systems and digital tools to streamline training and development processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance our programs.


Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an HRBP, or Talent Development Professional, with insights from similar tech companies.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
  • Experience level: 3-5 years of experience in Performance management or Talent Development
  • Strong discipline and goal-driven mindset.
  • Inherent motivation to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, especially in documentation.
  • Positive and collaborative attitude embracing change and diversity.
  • CIPD certification is a plus
  • Advanced-Fluent English Level
