Qualification Requirements

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is a plus.

Job Description

  • Professionally conduct self at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
  • Dress in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Report to work on time. The awareness of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
  • Pick up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions. Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe ID card in/out and floor keys. Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
  • Check for any discrepancies in the Room Attendant’s Report.
  • Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place them in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
  • Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
  • Report any items found in check-out rooms to Security and Housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Call the supervisor if the work assignment is finished early for direction.
