  • As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills are important for interacting with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational abilities are crucial for managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
  • The ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions is valuable in handling administrative challenges.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management .
  • 1:2 Experience at the same filed
  • Must have high management skills
