As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills are important for interacting with colleagues, clients, and external contacts.
Strong organizational abilities are crucial for managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.
The ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions is valuable in handling administrative challenges.
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management .
