Video Content Creator

At XA Group, we are looking for a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a combination of video shooting, editing, and storytelling skills to produce engaging and innovative video content that represents our brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing and Product teams to develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, and other enterprise-wide projects
• Manage video library and handle the logistical aspects of video shoots
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a video creator with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficient in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to operate cameras and other filming equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is preferred
