About Role:

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to support the organization and daily administrative operations of our company. The successful candidate will perform general clerical duties and tasks such as welcoming guests, photocopying, scanning, and filing.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:


  1. Carry out various administrative duties, including handling phone calls, managing emails, and welcoming visitors.
  2. Assist with the creation of documents, reports, and presentations.
  3. Organize and maintain the office files, records, and supplies.
  4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  6. Maintain and order office equipment and supplies as necessary.
  7. Provide clerical support and assist with special projects across departments.
  8. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable.
  9. Help uphold office policies and procedures.
  10. Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and staff.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative job post.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and also as a part of team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
