Supply Chain Capability Lead

Main purpose of this role:


This role is responsible for facilitating implementation of BU training programs in compliance with a company’s annual Capability building plans and budget.


Main responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the implementation and execution of key capability initiatives e.g. the Supply Chain Academy (SCA) as well as all other complementary to SCA capability building programs, across all of the SC sub-functions.
  • Supporting SC functions in induction process and setting up training plans of new employees.
  • Collaborating with SC subfunction managers to identify gaps and develop relevant capability development plan.
  • Providing vital information about training sessions and informing personnel about available trainings.
  • Liaising with managers on proper training schedules, scheduling trainings and monitoring & updating database for expiring qualifications.
  • Deliver trainings relevant to his/her core experiences / competences.
  • Ensuring that all trainings are recorded and in compliance with IAR audit needs.
  • Data collection ensured for the training budget/monthly BP control /regular RE updates.


Qualifications


  • Past experience (2-3 years) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production or Supply Chain is a must.
  • Train the Trainer competence - ability to deliver relevant trainings.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel, PBI& MS PowerPoint.
  • Stakeholder management - ability to work with / through others.
