About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team at a prestigious luxury resort. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with pre-registration, check-in, check-out activities, and managing extended stay requests.
  • Managing group bookings in line with brand standards.
  • Answering all incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
  • Responding to email inquiries professionally, adhering to standard turnaround times and email etiquette.
  • Accurately communicating rates for facilities, products, and services, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to highlight advantages and create value for guests.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all facilities, products, services, associated programs, and reservations within the domain.
  • Providing personalized service to guests and frequent travelers while maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Greeting and assisting guests in person or by phone with bookings and inquiries.
  • Assisting guests upon arrival or departure, providing orientation to the resort's facilities.
  • Managing payments via cash, credit, or debit cards.


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience within the international luxury hospitality industry in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Russian/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/Mandarin).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
