Providing executive support and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the other team members, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments.
Preparation of reports and presentations for different meeting / events.
Coordinating and setting up conference calls and management meetings.
Arranging meetings in conjunction with the team’s regular activities.
Coordinating with different departments for special events.
Being a custodian of important documents, ensuring they remain secured.
Monitor office supplies and order when necessary
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of experience as an assistant / secretary to a senior executive
Good English Communication Skills
Good Working knowledge of MS – Office (Excel, word & PowerPoint) and other software, ERP – Oracle
