We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
- Create visually compelling content using graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
- Manage social media accounts for multiple businesses, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Collaborate with other departments to align content and marketing strategies.
- Handle business cards and edit avatars of agents.
- Respond to customer inquiries in business accounts promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyze social media account insights, including likes, views, and reach, to optimize performance.
- Create and manage weekly/monthly content plans.
- Draft assignments for other specialists, including copywriting, graphic design, and marketing tasks.
- Work directly with the content production team to ensure timely communication, draft photography or videography assignment details, and monitor processes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferable but not required.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
- Minimum 1 year of experience required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
