Job Description

The Executive Education (ExEd) Center at Nile University seeks a highly motivated and organized Training Program Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and logistics of our open enrollment and customized executive education programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage training programs, including curriculum development, content creation, and instructional design, ensuring alignment with program objectives and industry needs.
  • Oversee the program development lifecycle, from needs assessment and content creation to participant registration and post-program evaluation.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Source and collaborate with faculty members to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Manage all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, materials development, travel arrangements, and vendor relations.
  • Develop and implement marketing materials to promote open enrollment programs.
  • Manage the program registration process, including screening applications, handling registration fees, and participant communication.
  • Track program performance metrics, evaluate participant feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and instructional design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in training program development and management.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in client relationship management is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
