KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

● Forecasting: Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting to help the organisation plan and set targets.

● Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and other relevant metrics.

● Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and workflows.

● Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources,

and information.

● CRM Management: Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to

ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

● Training: Assist in training sales representatives on tools, processes, and best practices.

● Communication: Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and

alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

● Sales Technology: Evaluate and implement sales technology tools to enhance efficiency and

effectiveness.

● Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and

improve sales performance.

● Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

● Streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

and the organisation.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Qualifications : Bachelors’ degree in the Business Administration, Data Analysis, statistics, or any related Discipline

Experience : 3+ years of experience in Data analytics, Business analyst, BI

Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding data analysis, sales processes, CRM, BI tools
  • Experience and understanding of various sales and data analytics tools, including CRM systems.
