As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling revenue teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently through planning, analysis and being an excellent coordinator .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project management, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate project milestones, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or constraints that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, making improvements as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Track sales funnels and operational business drivers to provide regular insights to business.
  • Responsible for leads management processes for direct sales channels by ensuring the quality of leads and the assignment process and explore new ways of generating leads
  • Ensure the sustainability of OLX Egypt payment channels, in addition to exploring new payment channels
  • Courier Management handling daily shipments, invoicing and tracking the pipeline of old shipments
  • Self-serve management including daily figures reporting, monthly closing and finance closing
  • Account management tasks including topping up B2C and self-serve account with balance on daily basis
  • Monthly reporting on revenue and sales figures in addition keeping an eye on paying clients performance, that includes acquired clients through sales channels and users acquired organically online while owning accounts management lifecycle.
  • Oversee all aspects of the operational activities that vary depending on size, scope and require flexibility management solutions using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities & find solutions and alternatives for operational obstacles
  • Ensure that CRM applications is updated and has all needed dashboards
  • Channels of communication with CRM product experts to fix/enhance system flows
  • Sales channels productivity tracking and enhancements
  • Handle financial operations in regards to payment collection & invoicing in collaboration with the finance team
  • Business user acceptance testing for all launched initiatives, system migrations, business flow enhancements to make sure everything planned is correctly designed
  • Involved in the commission process through reviewing all signed deals & chargeback process 
  • Oversee the product pricing while implementing pricing changes on all required fronts (CRM, Strat, Payment channels,...)
  • Responsible for communication with our B2C clients through SMS for package addition confirmation, promos upselling and cross-selling being the administrator of the SMS portal
  • Assist in handling consumer and business customers issues and responsible for the refund process

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience, administration & sales coordination experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS office.
