Lead and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and features.
Create and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and retrospective meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing updates on product progress.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to continuously improve the product.
Define and monitor product metrics to measure the success and impact of new features.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in product management.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical background and knowledge of software development processes.
