Office Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

The Office Manager is a person who is integral to the success of the Administration team and ensures that best possible outcomes are achieved for the team and organisation. The Office Manager will exceed the expectations of their position, to achieve the best results that will make a significant difference. The incumbent will showcase their skills, abilities and expertise by ensuring their efforts and output will add value in day-to-day lives of our team members and guests.

• You are the sunshine in the office and bring a breath of fresh air around office management, facilities, appointments, coordination of travel bookings, managing all administrative tasks related to your job but also you are willing to assist your colleagues whenever needed.
• Oversee office spaces and desk sitting plan, meeting rooms, office supplies and post office box.
• Coordinate and plan a schedule of office cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage and guide the office assistants, overseeing their schedules and work.
• Coordinate with the office catering company and oversee groceries purchases with office support team.
• Supervise the Etisalat account of the company and all account numbers provided for our team members, following up with requests and renewal of contracts and payments.
• Support team members with any tasks (related to admin, onboarding, team events and similar).
  
  

Your profile

• At least 4 years’ experience in office management is required.
• Fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) confident user.
• Based in Dubai and have relevant experience locally.
• High-level service orientation and proven ability to ensure smooth processes with your attentive all-round view.
• You work in a structured and fast paced manner, think along, and assist the team through a proactive approach of working.
• You have a cordial nature and you are communicative.
• You like to improve, create and bring new ideas to the team.
• The team members and our office are close to your heart.
• You will be a person who have the well-being of colleagues in mind.
• Solution-oriented to unforeseen circumstances, calm and stress resistant and resilient.
• Strong team spirit.
