  • Administer the tax accounting systems and prepare financial information for individuals and departments within ARTOC companies
  • Dealing with all government-related agencies
  • Maintain constant communication with the all related governmental agencies/bodies
  • Maintain compliance with all government regulations
  • Examine tax records and prepare financial statements and reports
  • Develop and maintain cost finding, reporting and internal control procedures
  • Examine financial accounts and records and prepare income tax returns from accounting records
  • Analyze financial statements and reports and provide financial, business and tax advice
  • Keep an ongoing communication flow with the audit firm and any other contracted firms
  • Advise the business owners, managers, and individuals of any tax savings or issues
  • May act as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings
  • Processing and preparing reports on a monthly basis or as instructed.
  • Managing the filing system of the department, physical and electronical.
  • Take all necessary actions to improve the department’s performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding knowledge of Egyptian governmental procedures and requirements
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases and extensive expertise in working on accounting systems
  • Fluent in Arabic, Good English.
  • Age: 30 to 40
  • Presentable
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
