Job Description:
- Solid foundational knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical practices
- Experience using CMMS & PPM (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks
- Understanding of equipment performance metrics.
- Assist in the compliance of existing Health and Safety policy, and a safe working environment, liaising closely with the Head of the department and the Health & Safety officer
- Experience in contractor management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot under high pressure.
- Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment
- skilled in shop drawings & CAD is a must
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and influence others on the team
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload
- Experience in multi-contractor management
- Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
- Leadership experience/aptitude, ability to mentor and develop training plans for other service technicians
- Experience in a multination environment
- Relevant Experience a Minimum of 4 Years and above.
- B2 up to C1 English Profile.
- Flexible to Work Night and Over Night Shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft.
- Availability to Work in Tagamoaa.
