Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our client, A Boutique Salon in heart of Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments. You will also mentor and guide junior stylists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining a positive salon atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs and style preferences.
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Recommend and sell haircare products to clients.
- Mentor and train junior stylists, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon workstation.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist.
- Excellent knowledge of different haircare products and trends.
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

- Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior stylists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced training or certifications in hair styling.
