Homecare RN-DHA

Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) with DHA license to join our team. As a Homecare RN, you will provide high-quality and personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, creating customized care plans, administering medications, and providing support and education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for each patient.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Deliver compassionate and quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.
