Production Manager

Manage daily operations of the garment factory, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.

Supervise and lead a team of sewing operators, production staff, and other employees. Provide training and development to enhance team performance.

Ensure all garments meet quality standards. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain consistency and resolve quality issues.

Develop and execute production schedules to meet order deadlines. Coordinate with teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Work closely with purchasing, pattern-making, and logistics companies to ensure timely procurement of materials and fulfillment of orders.

 Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve production efficiency, product quality, and operational effectiveness.

Oversee the purchasing of necessary materials and equipment. Ensure materials are of high quality and delivered on time.

Address and resolve any production-related issues.

Source and manage relationships with suppliers for raw materials, trims, and accessories both local and overseas production

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards with suppliers.

Manages the logistics and transportation of materials

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on production status
