Job Purpose:

Provide exceptional customer service as they will learn about customer’s rental needs and maximize Sixt branch sales target through upgrading provided vehicle to more premium and additional services that will enhance their experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through understanding the needs of the customers and matching it with the current available inventory for rent.
  • Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and manage vehicles status change on systems.
  • Maintain accuracy of all financial transactions related to rental agreement and ensure that all assigned transactions are done successfully.
  • Communicate via telephone and email to confirm the reservations and drop offs in an efficient manner.
  • Follow up on the logistics of the vehicles and ensure that all required documents are handed to Customer Service Agents and Fleet checkers.
  • Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
  • 1 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
