Operation Supervisor, Global Projects & Industry Solutions (GPIS)

Your tasks

Job Purpose: Handle logistics operations for shipments Air/Ocean, Import & export including all related reports & documentation.

• Handle logistical operations Air/Ocean/Inland shipments.
• Arrange and review all shipping documentation, & align with all related department/s.
• Follow-up with all related department/s' shipments status via mail & phone daily.
• Updating clients via e-mail/phone/daily reports regularly.
• Communicate with suppliers/departments for shipment expenses to issue invoices on time.
• Submit costs in the system (Tango)
• Attend field operations (if required).
• Filling risk assessment, HSE documents & all documents required prior to vessel operations at port.
• Supervise all subcontractors' operations (transportation companies, marine surveyor, shipping line, HSE OPS) to ensure the method of statements & all requirements are followed as requested by the client.
• Documentation handling & filing.
• Travel as required (domestic/international) to attend field operations or meetings.
• Coordinate with the finance department for invoices & payments.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of any degree.
• Has at least 5 years experience in the same field
• Possess good English language skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office.
