We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Specialist Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. As a Specialist Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients restore function and improve their quality of life.
In this role, you will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, perform surgeries, and provide post-operative care. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals will be essential to ensure comprehensive patient care. Your expertise and precision in performing orthopedic surgeries will contribute to improved patient outcomes and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, such as fractures, joint injuries, and degenerative diseases
- Perform orthopedic surgeries, including but not limited to joint replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and fracture fixations
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of orthopedic surgery

- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon
- Completion of a recognized residency program in Orthopedic Surgery
- Proven experience in performing various orthopedic surgical procedures
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
