SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a key role in providing expert psychiatric care and leadership within our organization. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with complex psychiatric conditions, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in mental health care.
About the Role:
- Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including complex cases.
- Provide supervision and support to junior psychiatrists and other members of the mental health care team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and treatment protocols.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and research in the field of psychiatry.
- Provide educational and training opportunities to staff and students.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

- Medical degree and valid license to practice psychiatry.
