Objective:-

Responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered on time to our clients, you'll be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. A service delivery manager plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.

What you'll do!

  • Developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project delivery
  • Putting into effect the full project plan including all project activities and coordinating all relevant stakeholders
  • Plan relations and dependencies to identify the expected date of delivery
  • Examining the solution requests and delivering them in high quality
  • Conducting a market and competitive study
  • Overseeing the Technical Team's investigation and identification of solution technical needs
  • Following up with clients in the service phase and planning for delivery of client requirements and requests
  • Executing and following up on project plans, updates, and requirements
  • Overseeing technical support for team members to ensure they have needed tech information
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, and proactively identifying and managing project risks and issues
  • Managing and coaching different teams members on technical and non-technical aspects to achieve their full potential

What you should have!

  • 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • PMP and Scrum is a plus
  • Excellent in Microsoft Project and JIRA for project management
  • Experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall,
  • Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
