The Role:

Take the opportunity to work with prestigious Client from the engineering sector. You will work in inspiring environment, among supportive and brave people learning from each other.

As a Recruiter, you will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.

This is an onsite role in Cairo.

Key Accountabilities:

What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading an end-to-end recruitment process for Egyptian market.
• Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
• Facilitating the interview and selection process.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders.
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
• Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
• Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
• Undertaking market mapping projects.

Skills & Experience:

What do I need to succeed in this role?

Must haves:

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes on the Egyptian market and working directly with the Hiring Managers.
• Hands on sourcing skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization where resilience and boldness are key success factors.
