The Role

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Identifying potential new affiliates and partners, reaching out to them, and managing the onboarding process to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and affiliates, providing them with support, and ensuring they are happy and productive.
  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing strategies that maximize the effectiveness of the affiliate and partnership channels. This might involve negotiating terms, setting up incentives, and developing promotional strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Using analytics tools to track the performance of affiliates and partners, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensuring that all affiliate and partner activities comply with company policies and industry standards, maintaining brand integrity.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience within a Partnerships / Alliances or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange, Commodity Trading and FinTech industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
