Your Role

• Execute all lab activities needed for formula evaluation, as performance, stability, and claim support.
• Responsible for all lab preparations for all samples, chemicals, and any other supporting materials that are needed to run all lab tests.
• Participate in raw materials and formula audits on relevant systems/database.
• Helping in creating eMDS request for new, used RM/Semi-FP and ensuring full linkage until getting SFG MSDS.
• Executing all test methods/demos that show superiority of our products when compared to our competitors or benchmark.
• Supporting marketing/market research in idea generation sessions.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in sciences (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, or Biology)
• Ability to understand & translate consumer needs.
• Basic knowledge that helps the employee to understand company targets & projects KPIs.
• Ability to steer the lab activity starting from initiation phase till results analysis.
• Good communication skills, planning, time management, team player.
