We are currently partnered with a leading Law Firm in the Middle East who are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Office & HR Manager, based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will come from a professional services background with atleast 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Provide comprehensive support within the HR space, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Work closely with the HR Manager as well as the Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
