What You'll Do:

As a Digital Marketing Director you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns with leading a marketing team. Will be responsible for setting marketing goals and objectives, developing marketing strategies, observing, supervising, and monitoring the execution of marketing initiatives and team members to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness..

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.
• Set marketing goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to generate new business.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events.
• Create and curate content for marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as marketing agencies and event planners.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Communicate with our external and internal clients and stakeholders to handle meeting their expectations and satisfaction through understanding their objectives.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• We are seeking a smart and capable manager with a background in a marketing or agency operations.
• Business founders or ex business founders are more than welcomed
• Great communication and client-facing skills
• +5 Years of management experience (people, process, and presentation skills)
• Agency experience (marketing, production, PR, creative, OR related experience)
• Inbound marketing execution and strategy skills
• Must have experience managing and coaching professionals.
• Capable of building and executing simple, clear systems to improve marketing operations. Well-versed in digital marketing.
• Capable Marketer.
• Motivational Leader.
